Blooms & Jewels

June gloom brings July blooms! There is so many beautiful spots around LA that are the perfect backdrop for photos! I don't even realize it but half the time I go anywhere I find myself location scouting for the best walls and backdrops to shoot on. I know that may seem silly but honestly if you live for creating awesome grams you know exactly what I am talking about.

I recently worked with Julia Szendrei a jewlery designer who's designs are a mix between boho chic and modern elegance. All of her pieces are simple but the ones with an added stone detail bring in a boho vibe! I love how this necklace is simple and very understated but brings the whole look together by giving it just a little bit of extra! One of my favorite things and actually what I look for when I am purchasing jewelry is the chain that the pendant is actually on, I hate when it is chunky or not thin enough I feel like it gives off a cheap vibe that is definitely not cute in my opinion. All of the pieces in her collection have delicate chains and gorgeous stone details! I am super excited to be working together with her to share what her collection has to offer!

This look I kept pretty simple I am wearing a silk and chiffon tank from Free People. I love how this shirt can literally dress up a pair of jeans or be worn with a skirt for something even more dressy. An absolute essential.

My jeans are from Frame denim, and they are unfortunately the only pair that I own from Frame, they are the most comfortable and flattering pair of pants I own! Perfect amount of stretch, perfect high rise that isn't too high to be considered frumpy and the perfect slightly cropped length! (They might be the perfect cropped length only because my legs are super lanky haha)

To finish off the look surprise surprise I slid on my favorite cult obsession Gucci loafers. It took me a while to warm up to the whole slides trend and then mules trend but I have taken the plunge and I am glad to inform you that I really do love them. It was funny though when I first tried them on I was worried that I wasn't 100% convinced that I loved them but low and behold after a couple of wears and about 1000 complements I am considering going bankrupt and buying everything Gucci comes out with. (jk but not really hah)

Be sure to keep an eye out in my next couple of posts for more integration of Julia's jewelry line into my looks! Check out her gram here! I hope you all enjoyed!
